The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are equipped with cooking facilities, making it convenient for longer stays.

Very well presented and clean, staff were friendly, and flat was big enough to comfortably accommodate the four of us.

No wall-mounted shower hose, made showering awkward- not major! Sign in room that said there would be a fine for not washing dishes- but nothing provided to wash them with.

We loved the location of this hotel; it was close to the tram and hospitals. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was also convenient, and the breakfast had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. It was also easy to access public transportation, with various options nearby. the hotel is located in a residential area, but it still offers plenty of options for dining and shopping. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Bit far away from Central Lyon for a tourist, but the Tram makes it easy to get around. Not much food wise around, but there is a supermarket opposite the tram ride that takes you into town.

The electric stove at the room is very week. It's not getting hot even after waiting for long time. Maybe they should change the stove to a gas stove.

The studio is very useful and kind to pass a week or more because the kitchen is complete and the room give us all the necessary to take a shower, have lunch/dinner and to sleep.

The warming system was not available inside the room because it was the summer season, however, every night was so cold to sleep without the warming (between 08 to 10 degrees celsius). The smell of smoke inside the studio was not also so good for non-smokers like us!

Good hotel, clean rooms, though it is a little way out of the city of Lyon the tram is not far and easy to use to get into the city to see the sites.

The shower head in the bathroom wasn't fixed to the wall, though an inconvenience the stay at this hotel was still a good one.
